The Edward Mooney House set at eighteen Bowery at the corner of Pell Street within the Chinatown neighborhood of Manhattan, ny town was engineered between 1785 and 1789 for affluent butcher Edward Mooney toward land he purchased when it absolutely was condemned from British admirer James Delancey.
The brick house was in-built a combination of Georgian and Federal designs, and is that the earliest remaining townhouse within the Early Federal vogue within the town.
