The Ebenezer Maxwell home is a historic mansion within the West Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The house was in-built 1859 by Ebenezer Maxwell (1827–1870), a loaded artifact bourgeois, for $10,000. The building’s designer is unsure, however it’s been attributed to prophet Sloan.
The masonry building is two-and-a-half stories, with a three-story tower. The most roof is mansard, with slate covering. The house options 3 porches and 4 stone chimneys. The house was more to the National Register of Historic Places in 1971; it’s a contributory property of the Tulpehocken Station Historic District. The mansion and its gardens area unit currently operated as a house repository.
