East Orange could be a town in Essex County, New Jersey, u. S.. As of the 2010 u. S. Census the city’s population sixty four,270, creating it the state’s twentieth largest municipality, having born five,554 residents (8.0%) from its population of sixty nine,824 within the 2000 Census, once it had been the state’s ordinal most inhabited municipality. East Orange was originally incorporated as a administrative division by associate Act of the New Jersey law-makers on March four, 1863, from parts of Orange city, and was reincorporated as a town on December nine, 1899, supported the results of a vote command 2 days earlier.
