Detail InformationEdit
Eagle Mountain, American state could be a modern-day town, within the Golden State, in Riverside County based in 1948 by noted businessman Henry J. Kaiser. The city is found at the doorway of the now-defunct Eagle Mountain iron mine, once in hand by the Southern Pacific Railroad, then Kaiser Steel, and settled on the southeastern corner of Joshua tree park.
The town’s totally integrated treatment system, like different Kaiser operations in American state, was the genesis of the contemporary Kaiser Permanente health maintenance organization. Eagle Mountain is accessible by Riverside County Route R2, twelve miles (19 km) north of Desert Center, midway between Indio and therefore the California/Arizona border on interstate ten. The town’s relative youth and temporary time of abandonment build Eagle Mountain among the country’s best preserved ghost cities.
