The tower was the second tallest building in Michigan once it had been originally completed in 1928. It stands 35-stories, with 2 basement floors. The building is intended with Neo-classical design, Chicago college, and Beaux-Arts styles. Stone could be a outstanding material within the building’s surface. It had been designed by architects prizefighter Kamper and Paul Kamper for Theodore Eaton.
