The Broderick Tower may be a residential edifice in city, Michigan. Original construction began in 1926, and was completed in 1928. The Broderick is being absolutely restored as of 2012. The tower was the second tallest building in Michigan once it had been originally completed in 1928. It stands 35-stories, with 2 basement floors. The building is intended with Neo-classical design, Chicago faculty, and Beaux-Arts styles. Sedimentary rock may be a distinguished material within the building’s surface. It had been designed by architects gladiator Kamper and Paul Kamper for Theodore Eaton.
The tower is found at the Southeast corner of Woodward Ave and Witherell St., facing Grand Circus Park, in downtown city, and stands across the road from the David Whitney Building, and stands within the “Foxtown” neighborhood of city. The Broderick Tower isn’t a sq., or maybe a quadrilateral in form.
