Darling’s Observatory was a personal observatory designed by adult male. J. H. Darling in Duluth, Minnesota.The site of the observatory was on West third St. Between ninth and tenth avenues in Duluth, MN, and weekday concerning 325 feet on top of Lake Superior (927 feet on top of ocean level). Plans for the building were drawn by Richard E. Statesman of Garden & Martin of Chicago.The blueprints for the steel dome were ready by adult male. Darling himself once inspecting domes from numerous different observatories.The wood building had a stucco exterior end.
