The Daniel Building could be a twenty story, 238 foot (86 m) office block set in downtown Birmingham, Alabama. In-built 1970, the building originally served as a regional workplace for the engineering and construction company Daniel International. It conjointly served because the company headquarters for Daniel International’s property division, Daniel real property, that these days is thought as Daniel Corporation.
In 1993 Compass Bancshares bought the building from Daniel Corporation. When finishing an intensive renovation, Compass stirred its company headquarters into the building from its previous headquarters, that had been sold to UAB for enlarged body offices. The building has served because the company headquarters of Compass Bancshares, and continues to function the company headquarters of it parent company BBVA Compass. The banks main branch is found within the building.
