Copper could be a former community in Jackson County, Oregon, us. Copper was set regarding one mile (1.6 km) north of the Oregon-California border, close to the mouth of Carberry Creek. Copper was named for the copper mining within the region, together with at the Blue ridge mine simply over the mete in CA. The city had a post workplace from 1924 till 1932. The townsite was inundated in 1980 once Applegate Lake was fashioned by damming the Applegate watercourse.
