Copper town is associate unorganised community in John Glenn County, CA set within the Mendocino National Forest. It lies at associate elevation of 5837 feet (1779 m). Copper ore was discovered on mountain creeks during this space throughout the decennary, making associate flow of miners with “Copper Fever” to the present remote website within the jap Coastal formation. The mining community dissipated nearly as quickly because it sprung up, and zilch remains of it these days aside from the toponym.
