Congregation Shomrei Emunah may be a Judaic Orthodox temple with a membership of over four hundred families. The temple was established in 1971 within the Greenspring neighborhood of city, Maryland. Rabbi Binyamin Marwick, at one time its interim rabbi, was put in as its rabbi in Gregorian calendar month 2010. The synagogue’s youth director is Dov Ocken.
The temple was based by Rabbi Benjamin Bak, United Nations agency junction rectifier the congregation from 1972 till 1989. His successor, Tzvi Hersh Weinreb, was the rabbi for thirteen years so became head of the Orthodox Union in 2002.
The shul encompasses a wide selection of shiurim and course of instruction opportunities, together with guest lecturers, regular shiurim in Daf Yomi, Amud Yomi, Chumash, Navi, and Halaka.
