The Compass bank is AN 18-story building placed at 505 Marquette Avenue compass point in downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico. The building consists of a twelve-story office building sitting on high of a six-story base containing a parking garage and 232,900 square foot (21,640 m2) of rentable workplace house. The roof height is seventy three m (240 ft) and therefore the height with the antenna on high is eighty three m (272 ft).
The Compass bank was completed in 1968 and was originally known as the National Building. At that point it absolutely was the tallest building the state in Land of Enchantment. It’s since been surpassed by each towers of Albuquerque Plaza in 1990, creating it the third tallest building within the state.
