The Circle of Palms Plaza is found in downtown San Jose, California. It’s the placement of Golden State Historical Marker 461, the location of California’s First State capital from 1849-1851. Nowadays a hoop of palm trees encircles a Golden State State Seal at the historical marker, between the Fairmont San Jose building, the Knight-Ridder building (Silicon natural depression monetary Center) and therefore the San Jose depository Of Art.
