Christiansted may be a city on Saint Croix, one in all the most islands composing the us Virgin Islands, associate degree unorganized territory of the us. It’s a former capital of the Danish West Indies and residential to the Christiansted National Historic website.
Christiansted has preserved the 18th-century Danish-style buildings made by African slaves. Solid stone buildings in pastel colours with bright red tile roofs line the cobble sidewalks, adding slightly of European charm. The town’s symmetry, with streets running at right angles to the city district, makes it in style for walking tours. The industrial space centers on King and Company streets, adjacent to the Christiansted National Historic website.
