Christ Church Cathedral is that the cathedral church of the Episcopal bishopric of capital of Indiana. Christ Church Cathedral is that the oldest non secular building in continuous use in capital of Indiana. It absolutely was supported in 1837. This building was made in 1857 at 131 Monument Circle and is that the oldest building on Monument Circle. It became the cathedral for the bishopric of capital of Indiana in 1954. It’s identified for its Choir of Men and Boys and Girls’ Choir, and for its pipe organs, one among that was given by Ruth Lilly. The church was additional to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973. The Cathedral is also a member of the Vergers club of the Episcopal Church.
