Chinar Park counts among the most famous parks of Bhopal. Well-known as a lovers park, Chinar Park has animal figurines made from scrap parts of automobiles or machines. Well planned and spacious it has well carved out lawns and flower beds. In fact the collection includes not only animal figurines made from scrap parts but natural varieties varieties of many flowers and other shrubs. Beautifully manicured lawns make it an ideal spot for picnic or romantic getaway for the couples. Though the park is visited throughout the year yet is is advisable to visit between January to March.

Air : Bhopal Airport, also known as Raja Bhoj Airport, is 15 km away from the heart of the city. Taxi Cab will charge about Rs 150, one way. Bhopal airport is connected to Mumbai, Indore, Gwalior and Delhi. International flights to Gulf cities like Sharjah and Dubai are operated from Bhopal.
