Historic Chickamauga includes a form of holidaymaker attractions in and round the town. Lee and Gordon’s Mills, one amongst the oldest mills within the state of Georgia, is found concerning 2 miles east of the middle of city on the geographic area of the Chickamauga Creek. The Walker County Regional Heritage and Model Train depository is housed within the stone train station building. The depository exhibits warfare collectibles, Indian artifacts and Cherokee arrowheads, WWI artifacts, antique guns and article of furniture and an entire operating show of Lionel previous Gauge model trains that originate to 1947.
