we specialize in authentic European cuisine. Just a brief menu we serve at our kitchen are , Chefs original rum & lemon prawns, bluecheese souffle, a home made chicken liver pate& more for starters.In seafood , we serve grilled lobster, lobster Thermidore ,Seafood platter (serves for two guests).king prawns ,red snapper, malibu fish to name a few in our seafood selection. We are known for our fillet steak ,with a choice of sauces. in our veg selection we have a veg sizzler, lasagna, fettuccine in cheese & mustard sauce.As for deserts we serve chocolate mousse flavoured with Cointreau ,hot chocolate & cinnamon souffle , butterscotch brulee etc.
We have a vast choice of indian & imported wines , liquor & liqueurs. Our principal wine supplier for imported wine is Berkmann cellars UK.For Indian wines we have the House of Sula & Grover Vineyards which produces quality wines. The wine menu is carefully selected to blend with the food ,and reasonably priced& offers various selection choices for the guests.We also stock a good selection of liqueurs , like Baileys Irish cream , Tia maria , Cointreau etc.In spirits we have an excellent choice of imported & Indian liquor,to name a few , Johnnie Walker Blue label, Black label, Gordon s gin , Bombay sapphire ,Remy martin XO& VSOP,in brandy. we do stock a rum , Mount Gay Eclipse from Barbados,apart from Bacardi.
