Chateau Colline is associate historic eight-unit residence on Wilshire avenue within the Westwood section of l. A. , California. Designed by creator Percy Parke Lewis, country house Colline was inbuilt 1935. Its leaded-glass windows, turrets, and ascent vines provides it the looks of a castle. The building conjointly has massive wood-burning fireplaces with handcrafted mantels, Bakelite intercoms, domed ceilings and outdoors nooks for milk bottles. Country house Colline was recognized as a l. A. Historic-Cultural Monument (LAHCM #703) by town Cultural Heritage Commission in 2001, and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.
