Chapleau is a township in Sudbury District, Ontario, Canada. It is home to one of the World’s largest wildlife preserves. The major industries within town are the logging mill, Tembec, and the Canadian Pacific Railway railyards. Three First Nation reservations are located near the township: Chapleau Cree First Nation, Brunswick House First Nation, and Chapleau Ojibway First Nation.
