Chadds Ford Township could be a township in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, u. S., about 30 miles southwest of Philadelphia. Before 1996, Chadds Ford Township was known as Birmingham Township and the name was changed to allow the township to correspond to both its census-designated place and to reflect its role in the Battle of Brandywine. Chadds Ford was home to N.C. Wyeth, his son Andrew Wyeth, and grandchild Jamie Wyeth. Brandywine field of battle is found within the administrative division, along with the Brandywine River Museum, that homes a lot of of the Wyeth assortment.
