Central Park Place could be a 56-story condominium building in big apple town. The building was completed in 1988, and is found at 301 West 57th Street (between Eighth Avenue & Ninth Avenue). It’s the sixty fourth tallest building in big apple town, standing at 628 feet (191 m) tall. In 1987, throughout the development of common Place, a chunk of lumber was dislodged from one among the upper floors throughout wind storm and hit a thirty seven year recent man within the head whereas he was walking on the side of eighth Avenue opposite the building.
He sustained large brain trauma and died. Town of recent House of York halted construction to analyze the incident. The builder, losing cash attributable to the job action, sued town.
