Celina may be a town in and also the county courthouse of Mercer County, Ohio, u. S.. The population was ten,303 at the 2000 census. Celina is placed on the western shores of Grand Lake St. Marys. Celina was supported in 1834 in a very mucky, tree-plant that had to be drained and cleared before it may well be settled. What remained was level city encircled by wealthy farm fields.
