The Cathedral of Tomorrow was inbuilt 1958 as home to Rex Humbard’s ministry. The Cathedral, a spherical building with the sanctuary within the middle and school rooms and offices round the edges, settled in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, seats 5,400. It’s a rounded roof with an outsized light cross that hangs from the ceiling. It’s one among the biggest interior crosses within the World. Once the cathedral was engineered it had been the biggest for good rounded building within the world while not interior pillar support. This offers the audience larger visibility toward the stage.
Under Rex Humbard’s ministry, Cathedral services were broadcast on 600 tv stations within the us and Canada, in addition as on stations in several different countries. The important Gospel quartet Cathedral Quartet had their origin at the Cathedral of Tomorrow.
