Bishop Delaware Saint-Vallier named Father Roulleaux Delaware La Vente, 1st pastor of the parish church, that was placed at the French settlement of Mobile at the stronghold of Fort prizefighter Delaware la Louisiane. The parish is that the 1st established on the coast.
