The Nubra Valley, once on the trading route that connected eastern Tibet with Turkistan via the famous Karakoram Pass has been opened recently to the tourists. The Nubra Valley literally means the valley of flowers. Nubra Valley is situated in the north of Leh. The average altitude of the valley is about 10,000 feet above the sea level. The Khardong village, Khalser and Deskit are the main villages of Nubra valley. At first glance, the valley seems parched and dry, but this is prime farming land by Ladakhi standard. Here the farmers grow apples, apricots and barley and harvest the orange berries of the Tsetalulu. Dotted around the valley are ancient gompas and ruined palaces and villages are close enough together to make this magnificent walking country. The people of Nubra Valley are friendly and hospitable. The Nubra Valley is indeed a precious treasures of Ladakh where people still living in the complete isolation for most of the year from rest of the world in the heart of the great Himalayas. The main attraction of the Nubra valley is Bactarian Camels (double hump Camel). These camels can be seen around sand dunes.The main tourist attractions in the Nubra Valley are Diskit, Panamik, Samstanling monasteries and Khardung la Pass. People traveling to Nubra Valley are advised to take enough eatables and drinking Water etc. as people in the valley do not have much to offer you from their winter reserves. By Air : Since Nellore doesn’t have its own airport, Chennai airdrome receives the air-traffic of the city. By Train : Nellore Railway Station is located on the Waltair – Chennai broad gauge line. Owing to this, it is connected with all the major towns and cities within Andhra Pradesh. To catch trains for other parts of India, you can either head for Chennai or Hyderabad. By train, it takes around 3 hours to reach Chennai and 10 hours to reach Hyderabad.

Nimach is a town in the Malwa region in state of Madhya Pradesh.There are many tourist places around Neemuch, most of which are religious. Notably, Nava Toran temple at Khor, Sambharkund Mahadev (7 km) it is closer to Suwakheda and Bhadwamata (20 km), Bhanwarmata (25 km), Sukhanandji (20 km) (it is closer to Jawad), Sitaram Jaju Sagar-Harkiakhal Dam (15 km), Gandhi sagar dam (around 100 km), Chittorgarh (56 km), and Udaipur (around 135 km). One of the main temples of Neemuch is Kileshwar which hosts yearly the Shivratri festival where thousands of devotees flock to the temple for the Darshan of Lord Shiva.

Nawanshehar is a city which is located in the State of Punjab. It is an important religious center for Hindi devotees. It is also known for its ancient architecture and few buildings that were built during the middle ages. The city is famous for five havelis or forts which were built by Nausher Khan. The town is named after him and these havelis can still be seen today. Many parts of the district were rules by the Rajputs for a certain period of time and their influence can still be seen today. Bhagat Singh, the famous freedom fighter hails from this district. The city is located on the banks of the River Sutlej and there are many picnic stops that are available in the surrounding areas. The city is accessible easily from the other cities and towns in Punjab. Generally roads are good and there are railway services as well. There are many places of religious significance in the district surrounding Nawanshehar. Some of them are the Chran Kanwal Gurudwara, Nanak Sar Gurudwara, Baba Balraj Mandir and many others. Many of the Gurudwaras were built a few centuries ago and they are example of outstanding architecture. The surrounding areas are home to many agricultural villages.

Nawanshahr got district status after a long and consistent struggle by its people. The main credit goes to Late Sh. Dilbag Singh former Agricultural and Forest Minister Punjab who actualized the dream of the people of Nawanshahr. He was a known personality and was first elected as a Member of Legislative Assembly from Banga Assembly Constituency in 1962. Since 1967, he had contested election from this constituency and had raised his voice in favour of achieving district status for Nawanshahr.

By Air : Navagraha Sthalas is situated in Thanjavur district, located in and around. Suryanarcoil is situated 15 km away from Kumbakonam. Thingalore is located 3 km from Thiruvayuru. Vaitheeswarancoil, Thiruvengadu, Alangudi, Kanchanur, Thirunallar, Thirunageswaram and KIzhaperumpallam are all placed close to Tanjavur. Trichy international airport 58 km away from Thanjavur is the nearest airport. Trichy is connected to Chennai by regular flights. Chennai (345 km) and Banglore (390 km) are other major airports nearby. These airports are well connected with most of the cities in India and many cities abroad. Taxis are available and cost is about Rs 1000 from Trichy airport to Navagraha sthalas temples. .
