Sanjay Gandhi Jaivik Udhyan is a peaceful destination. The campus is full of vegetation, with a big pond in the middle and numerous jungle trails make it a very interesting place especially for children. The park lays claim to be the home to more than 300 species of trees, herbs and shrubs. The unique plant exhibits include a nursery for medicinal plants, an orchid house, a fern house, a glass house, and a rose garden. Spread across an area of 618966.69 sq. metres, this zoo comprises 800 animals of about 110 species. These animals are segregated into different houses according to their species, namely Machhali Ghar (fish aquarium), Saap Ghar (snake house) and more. Tourists can spot tigers, leopards, elephants, Himalayan black bears, jackals, black bucks, zebras and giraffes. Besides, Indian rhinoceros, pythons, monkeys white peacocks, emus, hippopotamus and crocodiles can also be found in the zoo.

This is the headquarters of Bihar Vidyapith, a national university. One can also see the Maulana Mazharul Haque Library attached to the Ashram. A museum exhibiting his personal belongings is a crowd puller.

Rajendra Smriti Sangrahalaya, a memorial to commemorate Dr. Rajendra Prasad, the first president of India. A part of “Bihar Vidyapeeth”, which served as the abode of Rajendra Prasad, this museum houses various historically significant items related to the freedom struggle of India. Bihar Vidyapeeth was the center of work for Dr. Rajendra Prasad as long as he remained in Patna to lead the freedom movement. He lived and worked here since the establishment of Bihar Vidyapeeth on 6th February 1921. After the demise of Dr Rajendra Prasad on 28th February 1963, this place was constructed in order to showcase the contributions made by him and was originally called as Museum – Rajendra Smriti Sangrahalaya.

The statues of the temple are carved out of black stone. All patrons are allowed to visit the temple irrespective of caste and Tuesdays are the special days for worship. ChotiPatan Devi Mandiris situated in the Chowk area of Patna City. Earlier this temple was considered as the main presiding deity of city but over time it has slipped to the second spot of eminence, after the Bari Patan Devi temple.

Padri-Ki-Haveli, also known as St Mary’s Church, it is the oldest church in Bihar. When Roman Catholics were arrived in Bihar, they built a small church in 1713 at a place now known as Padri-ki-Haveli. The current church was re-designed by a Venetian architect Tirreto in 1772. He came from Kolkata to design this church. The foundation stone of this huge church has a dimension of 70 feet in length, 40 feet wide and 50 feet in height.
