Casper is that the seat of Natrona County, Wyoming. Urban center is that the second-largest town in Equality State, per the 2010 census, with a population of fifty five,316. Solely Cheyenne, the city, is larger. Urban center is nicknamed “The Oil City” and encompasses a long history of oil boomtown and cowboy culture, chemical analysis back to development of the close Salt Creek Oil Field.
