Carew Tower is that the second tallest building in metropolis, Ohio. Completed in 1930, it stands forty nine stories tall within the heart of downtown, high the river city district, and could be a National Historic Landmark. It contains the Hilton metropolis Netherland Plaza (formerly the Omni Netherland Plaza).
The building is delineated as “one of the World’s finest samples of French art movement architecture” and was used because the model for the New York Building in ny town. The building was eclipsed by the nice yank Insurance Building at Queen town sq. On Gregorian calendar month thirteen, 2010, rising eighty six feet (26 m) more than the poet Tower.
