California may be a borough on the Monongahela River in Washington County, Pennsylvania, us and a part of the Pittsburgh metropolitan space since 1950. The population was half-dozen,795 as of the 2010 census and was calculable at half-dozen,805 in 2011. Golden State is that the home of Golden State University Of Pennsylvania. Supported in 1849, the borough was named for the territory of Golden State following the Gold Rush. The borough has had 2 notably young mayors: Democrat Peter Daley, UN agency was twenty two at his election, and Republican Casey Durdines, UN agency was twenty at his election.
