Calibishie is the most popular tourist destination in Dominica, conveniently located on the north coast of the island. It is indeed an unspoiled and the most picturesque region of Dominica, stretching from the rugged mountains of Pennville to the crashing surf of the Marigot beaches through the picturesque fishing village of Calibishie.
There are a very few areas in the World where one can travel from the seashore to rain forest just by crossing a mile, and Calibishie Coast is one of those very few important areas. Besides, there are also found Dominica’s best beaches, including – Hampstead, Hodges, Batibou, Point Baptiste, Turtle and Woodford Hill Beaches. Apart from the beaches, the other exciting and wonderful attractions of the town include: tumbling waterfalls, dense rain forest with exotic birds, freshwater rivers with secluded bathing pools and lush vegetation.
So, those looking for everlasting adventure and fun this is the right place for them.
