Burnsville may be a city in Braxton County, American state, u. s., at the confluence of the tiny river and Saltlick Creek. The population was 481 at the 2000 census. Burnsville was incorporated in 1902 by the Circuit Court and named for Captain John Burns United Nations agency operated the primary sawmill in this section of the state and United Nations agency established the city shortly once the shut of the yankee war. it had been named “All American state City” in 1976.
