Britannia may be a residential neighbourhood within the south-west quadrant of urban center, Alberta, Canada. It’s delimited by Elbow Drive to the east, fifty Avenue S to the south, Elbow watercourse and Riverdale Park to the west and Britannia Drive to the north. The realm was annexed to town of urban center in 1910, and Britannia was established in 1956. Most of the event befell within the late Fifties. It’s painted within the urban center council by Ward eleven representative Brian Pincott.
In 2006 the neighbourhood had a population of 784. Residents during this community had a median social unit financial gain of $120,387 in 2000, and there have been seven.9% low financial gain residents living within the neighborhood. As of 2000, 16.7% of the residents were immigrants. A proportion of nineteen.3% of the buildings were condominiums or residences, and 19.3% of the housing was used for rental.
