The neighbourhood of Bridgeland of metropolis, Alberta, Canada, is found to the immediate northeast of Downtown metropolis. It’s delimited to the south by The Bow stream, to the east by Deerfoot path, to the west by Edmonton Trail and to the north by the community of Renfrew. The community is primarily residential with a mixture of parkside condominiums and single family houses. Bridgeland contains a selection of restaurants, retail searching, offices, financial services, churches and schools. The metropolis zoological garden, Telus World of Science – metropolis, The Bridges urban renewal development and access to the city’s large network of pedestrian pathways (the Bow River pathway) and parks are unique focal points for the community and surrounding region.
Bridgeland borders a natural setting composed of the confluence of the Bow stream and Elbow stream. Tom Campbell’s Hill park lies on the jap fringe of Bridgeland and overlooks the downtown, Bow stream and northeastern a part of town. St. Patrick’s Island and St. George’s Island consist the southern a part of Bridgeland. St. George’s Island is home to the metropolis zoological garden, Canada’s second largest zoological garden.
