Several of the sites inside the park ar neither owned nor operated by the parkland Service, and operate through cooperative agreements established upon the park’s creation. The park service conjointly operates traveler centers in downtown Beantown and at the Charlestown naval shipyard, as well as the Bunker Hill repository, shortly from the battle of Bunker Hill Monument. All eight properties ar National Historic Landmarks.
