Blagnac is a commune in the Haute Garonne department in southwestern France. It is the third-largest suburb of the city of Toulouse, although governed by a separate council, and is adjacent to it on the northwest side. It is a member of the Urban community of Greater Toulouse. In the 1999 census, Blagnac had a population of 20,586.The river Touch forms part of the commune’s southern border, then flows into the Garonne, which forms all of its eastern border.
