The Bank Of America Center could be a highrise representing one in all the primary vital samples of postmodernist design construction in downtown Houston, Texas. Erstwhile the RepublicBank Center, NCNB Center, and NationsBank Center the building was completed in October 1983 and designed by award winning creator Philip Johnson and partner John Burgee and is harking back to the Dutch architectural style of canal homes within the Kingdom of The Netherlands. It’s 3 segmental tower setbacks, every with ” a steeply pitched gabled roofline that’s screw-topped off with spires”. The tower was developed by Hines Interests Associate in Nursingd is owned by a venture of M-M Properties and an affiliate of the overall electrical Pension Trust.
The banking center is housed during a separate building, thanks to construction issues, and includes a 3 level lobby. The building contains Associate in Nursing gallery within the lobby and plans to host curated exhibitions like art shows.
