This temple is about 150 years old. The work started in 1993 and ended in mid 1994. The expenses was nearly 10 million rupees. Every year during Navarathri* (*NINE NIGHTS : a festival of Hindu that comes in October or November) Rathvothsav take place. Rathvothsav is a event in which devotees pull the chariot having diety. On 11th day big chariots taken round the town and the next day it arrives in front of temple which marks the end of Navarathri
