Baie Verte could be a city situated on the northeast coast of the island portion of the province of Newfoundland and geographical region on the Baie Verte land. Baie Verte is one among forty two communities that structure the Emerald Zone that is found within the North Central portion of Newfoundland. Baie Verte dates to the late nineteenth century, however remained alittle village till the invention of amphibole and different ore bodies of copper, lead, Zn and gold within the middle Nineteen Fifties once the city underwent major enlargement.
