1. Hadimba Temple

A Pagoda styled shrine in the midst of a deep cedar forest, Hadimba temple resembles the Naggar Temple. A four-story structure, with exquisite woodcarvings has a huge Shikhara that towers over the shrine. Beautiful carving of Goddess Durga embellishes the doors of the temple. 3. Zorbing

Zorbing is one adventurous sport that can be enjoyed while visiting Manali. This adventure sport began here only in the year 2002, when the adventure operators imported the zorbs from New Zealand. Zorbs are made of transparent plastic and the adventure requires no skill but huge amount of courage. In this adventure, the person is slid inside the zorb and then it is then rolled down the slope. A maximum of two people (whose combined weight is not more than 120 kg) can zorb together. The zorbers are instructed to hold on to the harness places inside the zorb and after ensuring all the safety, these zorbs are made to roll down on 100 meters ride on a gradient. The more adventurous can opt for a 150 meter grade, to make the zorb roll at a higher speed.

4. Rahala Falls

The Rahalla falls are the result of melting glaciers. It is a natural spot where tourist can view the natural beauty. It is also become one of the famous tourist spot. It lies on the way to Rohtang Pass and the area around the Rahalla falls is marvelous, can’t be expressed in words. It provides the very clear view of surroundings. 5. Vashisht Baths

Vashisht Baths is a tiny hamlet with natural sulphur springs. Emanating from the mountains of Vashisht, the sulphur springs gush hot and medicinal, endowed with great healing powers. Above the main square stand two old stone temples dedicated to sage Vashisht and Lord Rama. Legend has it that the great sage had narrated Yoga Vashishta, an ancient scripture to Lord Rama. This, ostensibly, was an extremely profound discourse that offered an insight into the inner world of consciousness. The smaller of the two temples dedicated to Vashisht opens to a partially covered courtyard with an ornamental shrine that has blackened by years of oil-lamp and incense smoke. This ornate quadrangle is also a resting place of wayfarers especially ascetics who unwind with a glass of tea or smoke chillums.

6. Manali Trekking

7. Basheshwar Mahadev Temple

The temple enshrines a large idol of the ‘Yoni Lingam’ which represents Shiva, the Hindu god of destruction, and his consort, Goddess Parvati. Floriated scrollwork decorate the exterior of the temple while intricate stone carvings the inside. Small shrines of Vishnu; the Hindu god of preservation, Laxmi; the Hindu goddess of wealth and prosperity, Durga; the embodiment of feminine force in the Hindu religion, and Ganesha, the Hindu elephant-god, can be seen outside the temple.
