Astoria street is a crucial east-west business street in northwestern Astoria, Queens, the big apple town. It runs from first Street at the sound to the World’s truthful dock on Flushing Bay, wherever it merges with Northern street. Simply before the junction of the 2 boulevards, there’s an outsized 2 lane ramp resulting in the Whitestone pike. Most of the traffic on Astoria street heads toward this ramp, then onto the pike. Astoria street is that the southern border of Astoria Heights, and also the northern border of North Corona.
In East Elmhurst, Astoria street may be a wide six lane, median divided street. However, traffic is sometimes light-weight on the street, presumptively as a result of the street runs parallel to the busier Northern street and Grand Central route. Throughout rush hours, though, this road becomes a serious artery, serving as associate alternate route to the Grand Central route to access the Whitestone pike, and as a result, it ofttimes becomes full.

Between thirty first and first streets, it’s a busy 2 lane road, with bifacial traffic. Here most of the traffic is certain for either the Whitestone pike or the Grand Central route.
