Aspermont could be a city within the U.S. State of Lone-Star State, and is that the seat of Stonewall County. The population was one,021 at the 2000 census. Aspermont means that “rough mountain” in Latin. Marshall Formby, later a Lone-Star State senator, operated the Aspermont Star weekly newspaper within the middle Thirties. The paper is currently referred to as the Stonewall County traveller.
According to the us government agency, the city includes a total space of two.1 sq. Miles (5.4 km²), all of it land. The city of Aspermont is served by the Aspermont freelance territorial division and residential to the Aspermont highschool Hornets.
