The yankee Thread Building may be a historic building settled at 260 West Broadway (Manhattan) West Broadway within the Tribeca neighborhood in Lower Manhattan, New York, NY. The eleven story building was designed within the renaissance revival vogue by designer William B. Tubby, and inbuilt 1896. It had been originally called the Wool Exchange Building, and in hand by the Wool Warehouse Company. The wool company failed to succeed and therefore the building was noninheritable by the yankee Thread Company in 1907. The building was restored into live/work lofts in 1981. It had been else to the National Register of Historic Places on Gregorian calendar month twenty, 2005.
