Almere Hout is a district in the municipality of Almere in the Dutch province of Flevoland. Almere Hout is sinds 1992 in ontwikkeling en heeft 1.344 inwoners. Almere Hout has been in development since 1992 and has 1344 inhabitants. Almere Hout lies southeast of the city of Almere, situated between the A6 and the A27 in and above the N305. De natuurlijke ligging is tussen het Waterlandse Bos en het open landschap van de polder. The natural location is between the Waterland Forest and the open landscape of the polder. Onderdeel van Almere Hout is de villawijk Vogelhorst waarvan momenteel het tweede deel in aanbouw is. Part of Almere Hout Horst Vogel is the residential area which is currently the second part is under construction. Met de bouw van de nieuwe woonwijk Almere Hout Noord zal begin 2012 gestart worden. With the construction of new residential Almere Hout Noord will be started in early 2012.
