Allen Street could be a street within the ny town borough of Manhattan that runs north-south through the Lower Manhattan neighborhood of Chinatown, and also the Lower side. It’s continuing north of Houston Street as initial Avenue. South of Division Street, it’s called Pike Street to its southern terminus at South Street. The north and southward roadways square measure separated by a meridian mall, that has 2 bike lanes placed outside the meridian mall; every bike lane is unidirectional . The street’s human was Captain Henry Allen, the youngest person to command a Navy ship within the War of 1812. He was killed in action at the age of twenty eight. His exploits enclosed the capture of country ship HMS Macedonian.
