All Souls Protestant denomination could be a Unitarian theological doctrine (“UU”) church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It’s one in all the biggest UU congregations within the World. All Souls Protestant denomination was supported in 1921 by 2 leading Tulsans from families with Unitarian roots: Richard thespian Jones, the publisher of the Tulsa apsis daily newspaper, whose father had supported All Souls Church in Chicago; and William Rea (W. R.) Holway, associate degree engineer United Nations agency was instrumental within the development of Tulsa’s water resources.
The church began once Richard thespian Jones ran a commercial within the apsis seeking individuals curious about beginning a “liberal church.” The cluster met at Tulsa’s hall, Jones’s house, Temple Israel, and a movie before erection their own building at ordinal and Boulder in 1930.
After twenty five years, the church stirred to its current home at 2952 South city, adjacent to the historic Maple Ridge district. This building was designed by Tulsa creator John Isadora Duncan Forsyth, United Nations agency conjointly designed the E. W. Marland Mansion in Ponca town, Southern Hills guild, and town Dam at Grand Lake o’ the Cherokees, the last of that conjointly concerned All Souls co-founder W. R. Holway as chief engineer.
