Addison may be a village placed west of the Chicago Metropolitan space, in DuPage County, Illinois, u. S.. The Addison Industrial District was the planned location for the reconstruction of Comiskey Park before it had been voted down. The Village of Addison lies on Salt Creek. The community itself was named when eighteenth century author Joseph Addison.
