A Sound Garden may be a public art work on National Oceanic and part Administration (NOAA) property adjacent to Magnuson Park in city, Washington. It absolutely was created in 1982 by Doug Hollis. It’s made with variety of metal tubes on weathervane-like equipment that catch the wind and moan spookily.
