The ancient Shri Digamber Jain temple of Sanganer has fine carvings that are comparable to the Dilwara temples of Mount Abu that are built in many phases. Last phase of this spectacular temple was completed in 10th century A.D., according to inscription of V.S. 1011 in one of the pylons (Toranas). It has sky-high ‘Shikharas’ (spires) and the inner sanctum is a stone shrine with sky-high eight Shikharas (Pinnacles). This temple is seven storied.

Sanganer town situated 13-14 km south of the Jaipur City on National Highway No. 12, Kota – Jaipur Road, is one of the historical places of Rajasthan. Shri Digamber Jain temple Sanghiji is a jewel of town. This is an old temple, represents the ancient style of architecture completed in many phases, last phase of this spectacular temple was completed in 10th century A.D. according to inscription of V.S. 1011 in one of the pylons (Toranas). In this temple the Principal Deity the Lord Adinath (Rishabh Dev), the first Tirthankar are supposed to be 4000 years old.Idols of principal Diety Lord Adinaath is supposed to be 4000 Years old, made of local stone, the artistic miracle. The whole of the temple is made of red stone with attractive images carved. The sight of the architecture of main gate reminds the architecture of famous Delwara Temples of Mount Abu. As one enters the inner temple there is a big stone built shrine having three pinnacles.the carving art of the three pinnacles & the shrine is subtle a veritable feast to the eyes. In the middle of the shrine a very beautiful, eye catching idol of Lord Parshwanath with seven serpent hoods is installed. There are 2 idols of Lord Parshwanath in the both side too. There so many attractive idols installed in the temple.

Air : The airport is situated close to Sanganer, almost 13 km to the south of Jaipur City. Domestic airlines connect the city to Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Agra, Jodhpur and Udaipur.
