Sainte-Marguerite is a parish in the Municipalité regionale de comte de la Nouvelle-Beauce in Quebec, Canada. It is part of the Chaudière-Appalaches region and the population is 1,073 as of 2009. It is named after Marguerite Marcoux, who gave part of the land she owned in 1830 for the construction of a church.
